Had a wonderful time here. The food quality is 5 star! And the service is excellent! Kudos to the supervisor(Joda) and staff. :)
Highly recommend the salmon, beef cheeks and carpaccio. For paella, truffle mushroom is the best! Will definitely visit here again.
To date, Pablo is one of my most favorite restaurants in Makati. The paella is nice and creamy and the salad was nice and tangy. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they even had boquerones which I love very much. Moreover, the conchinillo tastes great and very crunchy.
Staff is very friendly, nice and attentive.
The restaurant is spacious, well decorate, well lit. Overall, a great experience.
Had a wonderful time here. Place looks great, perfect for get togethers with families and friends! Wine selection was really good too! Didn’t get to take a photo of the food but had a snap of a few.
I really enjoyed the Buratta & Roasted Cherry Tomato, Gambas Al Ajillo, Fire Grilled Octopus Carpaccio, and (saving the best for last) Rib-Eye Bone-In Txuleton.
I think everyone knows their cocktails are good, but their sandwiches are a must try! I didn't expect that their chicken sandwich is huuuuge. It's perfectly fried, juicy and tender. This creme brulee pie dessert is great too hindi nakakaumay! My friend ordered spinach quiche I'd totally drop a spinach cheese pizza for that.
OVERRATED AND EXPENSIVE
I ordered croquetas, mexican pizza, and seared tenderloin.
There was complimentary bread with olive oil and balsamic, bread was cold and the balsamic doesn't match.
All of the dishes were not even hot or mildy hot it feels like it was left out to dry.
Croquetas - no flavor whatsoever
Mexican Pizza - DRY, soggy on the first bite, barely any tomato sauce and cheese was not even mozzarella, its like amateur home made pizza, frozen pizza in the grocery was better jfc.
Tenderloin - good flavor and presentation, meat was chewy. 1.9k for 3 small pieces.
Plus iced tea, bill was 2.9k, disappointing.
We just went here for coffee and dessert, but it was quite worth it. The double dark chocolate coulant is the star of the show, it's like a chocolate souffle or molten lava cake on steroids, like hot chocolate soup. Very much recommended
We love Pablo Bistro especially the server named Drew. He's friendly and accomodating. Loves his job and does his job above and beyond. We always look for him whenever we go to Pablo
When visiting Manila I stay at the Picasso Hotel allot and usually have several lunches, dinners and drinks after dinner at Pablo. Besides the nice rooms having Pablo on the 1st floor is one of the reasons I stay there. It is the perfect place for meeting up on business.
The new renovation is wonderful and the offerings are always great and well priced for what you get.
Last night I went for a Strip Loin Steak and a bottle of wine and left very satisfied.
The only reason why I gave a 4 star instead of a 5 start is the service. Everyone is very nice but to often while I am there the staff seems to always bunch up in the same spot by the register with their backs turned from the guests and it is very hard to get their attention.
If they were more attentive instead of talking among theirselves and on their phones it would bring the service level up to same level of everything else.
